Oil Separator series BOS4-CDH
We launch a new coalescing Oil Separator series
for transcritical CO2 applications

As we all know, the oil balance plays a significant role in performance and reliability, for the complex CO2 refrigeration system in particular.
We are setting new standards in these areas with the newly developed BOS4 oil separator series. Thanks to the optimized design of the internal borosilicate separator cartridge type FK4, the application of the BOS4 oil separators guarantees the highest oil separation rates under all operating conditions and a long cartridge service life, even with contaminated oil.
The BOS4-CDH-1AFO model will be available from October and the BOS4-R-CDH-1AF / BOS4-CDH-1BFO / BOS4-R-CDH-1BF models will be available from November 2023. The expansion of this serie including the BOS4-CDH-1CFO / BOS4-R-CDH-1CF models is also in production.
The 4th generation of our borosilicate fine separator cartridges is also suitable for retrofitting BOS3 oil separators operated in refrigeration plants with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. However, you should note that more oil might be separated than before, therefore the excess oil must be removed from the system.
